What this form is for
Form D. S. XXX is a register in which a retail denatured spirit licensee records each day's sales of denatured spirit during a calendar month. It is maintained by the holder of a D. S. VII retail licence, who enters every sale made to a permit or licence holder so that the stock sold can be traced and checked by excise officers. The form is prescribed under rule 45-B of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, which are framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
