What this form is for
Form D.S. XXVIII is a monthly return that records the Denatured Spirit a wholesale licensee received and sold during the month, together with exports, dryage or wastage, and the closing balance. It is filed every month by the holder of a D.S. V licence, which authorises wholesale dealing in Denatured Spirit, and it reconciles stock movements for that period. The form is prescribed under rule 45-A of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, as indicated in its sub-title.
