What this form is for
Form D. S. XXVI is a monthly register in which a wholesale denatured spirit licensee records the opening balance, receipts, sales, dryage or breakage, and closing balance of denatured spirit held under the licence. It is maintained by the holder of a D. S. V licence, who must enter each purchase from a bonded warehouse, licensed manufacturer or wholesale licensee, or any import, along with the related transport or import pass details. The register is prescribed under rule 45-A of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
