What this form is for
Form D.S. XXV is a monthly return in which a denatured spirit licensee reports stock movement for the month, showing the opening balance, quantity received, quantity used and closing balance in litres. It is filed by the holder of a denatured spirit licence at the end of each month of the licence period, and the licensee signs it with any remarks. The form is prescribed under rule 30 (i) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, and appears in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 compilation.
