What this form is for
FORM D. S. XXIV is a monthly register in which a licensee records the receipt, use and balance of denatured spirit used for art, industry (other than industries manufacturing denatured spirituous preparations) or profession. It is maintained by the holder of a D. S. V licence, who must enter the opening balance, quantities received and their source, quantities used and their purpose, and the closing balance. The register is prescribed under rule 30 (i) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
