What this form is for
Form D.S. XXII is a register in which a denatured spirit licensee records each issue of spirit made under bond (duty free) or sent to Government liquor warehouses, noting the permit, quantity, strength, packaging, weights and the date and hour of removal. It is maintained by the holder of a D.S. I licence, the licence referred to in the form, whenever spirit is issued from their stock under a permit without payment of duty. The form is prescribed under rule 18 (7) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
