What this form is for
Form D. S. XXI is the Spirit Stock Account, a register that records the opening balance, receipts, issues, authorised deficiencies and closing balance of spirit held in a bonded warehouse, measured in proof litres. It is maintained by the holder of a D. S. I licence for each vat or warehouse covered by that licence, and it is kept up to date as spirit is received, racked, transferred, blended, issued for duty or sent under bond. The form is prescribed under rule 18 (7) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
