What this form is for
Form D. S. XX is a monthly return of the stock account of denatured spirit, recording opening balance, receipts, issues, permitted deficiencies and closing balance in the bonded warehouse for the month. It is filed by the holder of a denatured spirit licence (D. S. I licence), who reports the movement of spirit in stock and signs the return. The form is prescribed under rule 18 (4) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
