What this form is for
Form D. S. XIX is a monthly return of the stock account of rectified spirit held for denaturation, recording how much spirit was received, issued, lost through permitted deficiencies and left as closing balance. It is filed by the holder of a D. S. I licence, who must submit it for each month in respect of the warehouse where the rectified spirit is stored. The form is prescribed under rule 18 (4) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, and carries the remarks and initials of the officer in charge of the warehouse along with the licensee's signature.
