What this form is for
Form D. S. XVIII is a register that records each issue of denatured spirit from a bonded warehouse to a licensed shop or manufactory, including the pass details, route, cask particulars, strength, and quantity issued. It is maintained by the denatured spirit licensee (D. S. I licence holder) who operates the bonded warehouse, and is completed whenever a requisition is received and spirit is released for transfer. The officer-in-charge of the warehouse and the licensee initial each entry. The form is prescribed under rule 18(3) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
