What this form is for
Form D.S. XV is a register that records each denaturing operation carried out in a bonded warehouse, including the denaturants used, the rectified spirit transferred, the denatured spirit prepared, and any gain or loss. It is maintained by the holder of a D.S. I licence under the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959, with the Officer in charge of the warehouse and the licensee initialling the remarks. It is kept whenever rectified spirit is denatured in a licensed bonded warehouse. The form is prescribed by rule 18 (3) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
