Register of receipts of rectified spirit

What this form is for
FORM D. S. XII is a register that records each receipt of rectified spirit brought under bond into a bonded warehouse, including any loss or excess found in transit and the vat into which the spirit is added. It is maintained by the holder of a D. S. I licence, who must make an entry whenever rectified spirit arrives from a distillery or another warehouse under a transport pass. The Officer in charge of the Warehouse and the licensee initial the entries. The form is prescribed under rule 18 (3) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
