Form F.L.R.I is a monthly register in which a foreign liquor trader records stock received, quantities sold, and the closing balance, broken down by spirits, wines, fermented liquors and mild liquors in each bottle size. It is maintained by the holder of an ordinary trade and import licence, who logs each receipt with its pass number, sales to other licensees within the State, and exports to persons outside the State. Entries must be made without erasures, and any correction must be in red ink. The form is prescribed under rule 14 (i) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969.
