What this form is for
Form P.L., X is an application for permission to clear potable liquor from a manufactory, either on payment of duty or under bond. It is filed by the licensee of the manufactory, or an authorised agent, whenever manufactured liquor entered in the manufactory register is to be removed for a stated purpose. The application goes to the Manufactory Officer, who verifies it and permits clearance, with an export or transport pass. It is prescribed under rule 20(1) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
