What this form is for
Form P. L. VI is a register that records every movement of potable liquor through the vat storage room of a manufactory, covering the quantities received from the manufacturing room, those transferred to the bottling room, and the balance remaining. It is maintained by the licensee operating the manufactory, with entries made as each batch is received or transferred, and it is signed by the licensee and the manufactory officer. The form is prescribed under rule 17 (22) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
