What this form is for
Form P.L. V is a register that records each day's operations in the manufacturing room of a potable liquor manufactory, tracing spirit received from the spirit store, spirit used, liquor manufactured by batch, and liquor transferred onward or held in balance. It is maintained by the licensee of the manufactory, with the officer's signature, whenever spirit is drawn into the manufacturing room and blended into potable liquor. It is prescribed under rules 17 (22) and 18 (4) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
