What this form is for
FORM P. L. IV is a register that records every movement of spirit through the spirit room of a potable liquor manufactory, including stock in hand, quantities received, quantities issued and any wastage. It is maintained by the licensee operating the manufactory, who must make entries as spirit is received on indent and transport pass and as it is issued for use in manufacture. It is prescribed under rule 17(18) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
