Requisition for issue of spirit from the spirit room for the manufacture of potable liquor

What this form is for
Form P. L. II is a written requisition by which a potable liquor manufacturer asks for spirit to be released from the spirit room for production. It is filed by the licensee or an authorised agent, addressed to the Manufactory Officer, whenever a specified quantity of spirit is needed to manufacture particular varieties of potable liquor. The form is prepared as a counterfoil, retained by the licensee, and a foil, retained by the Manufactory Officer, who records the quantity actually issued. It is prescribed under rule 17 (20) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
