Statement showing excess losses in (1) redistillation, (2) transit, (3) reduction, (4) blending, (5) evaporation, (6) racking and (7) others, when the loss at No. (1) exceeds 2 per cent, and the losses at Nos. (2) to (7) exceed 0.5 per cent. in each case.

Form XI is a monthly register statement that records losses in a distillery's operations, namely redistillation, transit, reduction, blending, evaporation, racking and other processes, that go beyond the permitted limits. The Distillery Officer prepares it for each month, listing the operations where redistillation loss exceeds 2 per cent or any other loss exceeds 0.5 per cent, along with reasons for the excess. It is then submitted to the specified senior excise authorities. It is prescribed under rule 13(3) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
