Notice to remove wash or spirits

What this form is for
Form VI is a notice by which a distillery gives advance warning that it intends to move wash or spirit from one vessel to another still or vat within the distillery. It is submitted by the Distillery Manager each time a transfer is planned, with at least one hour's notice, so that the removal can be monitored. The form is authorised by rules 9(1) and 10(1) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
