Distiller’s declaration of wash made

What this form is for
FORM V is a certificate recording the distiller's declaration that a batch of wash has been prepared in the distillery on a given day, noting the materials used, the quantities of water and spent wash added, the total wash prepared and its original specific gravity. It is signed by the Chemist and Supervisor of the Process Section of the distillery, who files it each time wash is made. It is authorised by rule 8 (3) of the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966.
