What this form is for
Form A-I is a monthly register that records the liquor a licensee received, used and still held in stock while manufacturing spirituous medicinal preparations and toilet preparations. It is maintained by the licensee, or an authorised agent who initials the entries, and is completed for each month of the licence period to show opening balances, purchases against passes, quantities used and closing balances. The form is prescribed under rule 8 of the Bombay Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Use of Liquor) Rules, 1955.
