What this form is for
Form C.L. XXII-A is a monthly return that records, brand by brand and bottle size by bottle size, the opening balance, receipts, sales and closing balance of country liquor held under a licence. It is filed each month by the holder of a licence granted in Form CL-II, who reports the stock position and movement of country liquor for that month. The form is prescribed under Rule 33(a) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973, and condition 5(a) of the Form CL-II licence.
