Transport Pass for transport of duty-paid Foreign Liquors

What this form is for
Form F.L. I-A is a four-part Transport Pass that authorises the movement of duty-paid foreign liquor from one place to another, with separate copies for the officer countersigning the pass, the transporter, the destination Prohibition and Excise Officer, and the despatching licensee or officer. It is completed by the licensee or his duly authorised servant, and countersigned by the excise officer, whenever such liquor must be moved between premises for a stated purpose, as a single consignment that cannot be broken in transit. It is issued under Rules 8, 10, 30 and 39 of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953, made under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.

XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder authorising the transport of foreign liquor referred to above subject to the following condition, namely :— The whole quantity of foreign liquor shall be transported in one consignment only and its bulk shall not be broken in transit.
