FORM F.L.A-IF (Amended) is the application for a temporary licence to sell imported and Indian-made foreign liquor (potable), on which excise duty has already been paid, at a special function or event held at registered premises. It is filed by the person applying for the licence in respect of a specific function, such as a charitable event, consulate event, non-commercial social gathering, commercial event or wine festival. The application is addressed to the Superintendent of State Excise and covers the function's date, timings, expected attendance and the types of liquor to be sold. It is prescribed under rule 48C of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953.
