HOME DEPARTMENT, dated the 8th September 2015. NOTIFICATION No.BPA.1091/CR-5/Exc-2
In Form I of the principal Rules, in condition (19), in sub-condition (6),
for the words “ where issues of spirit are made by weighment,”
the words “the issues of spirit shall be weighed appropriately on the electronic weighments and”
shall be substituted.

In Form I, appended to the principle rules,
(i) in condition No. 22 for the words “molasses/ mhowra flower”
the word “molasses/ mhowra flower/other fermentative base” shall be substituted;
(ii) in appendix ‘D’ for the words “molasses/mhowra flower”
the words “molasses/ mohwra flower/other fermentative base” shall be substituted.
