What this form is for
Form C is a register in which a Gram Rakshak Dal maintains a record of its members' participation, showing the subject dealt with, the members present, the operational details and each member's signature. It is maintained by the Gram Rakshak Dal itself, through the person responsible for its records, and is filled in whenever the Dal meets or carries out an operation. It is prescribed under Rule 14 (e) of the Maharashtra Gram Rakshak Dal Rules, 2017, which was notified in the Maharashtra Government Gazette on 22 March 2017.
