This pass is granted under the subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohi- bition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949) and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder authorising the above transport of spirituous medicinal preparations subject to the following conditions, namely :— (a)The whole quantity of spirituous medicinal preparations shall be trans- ported in one consignment only and its bulk shall not be broken in transit. (b)The pass holder shall give an undertaking in writing to the Collector or the authorised officer to abide by the above conditions.
