(hereinafter referred to as “the licensed premises”) during the period from . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . to . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . on the following conditions, namely :— 1.The licensee shall not keep or sell spirituous medicinal preparations at any place other than the licensed premises : Provided that he may, with the permission of the Collector, store such medicinal preparation in his warehouse situated at . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2.The licensee shall not keep in the licensed premises any intoxicants which he is not authorised to sell. 3.The licensee shall keep affixed to the licensed premises a signboard showing the name of the shop. 4.The licensee shall display the licence at a conspicuous place in the licensed premises. 5.The licensee, his heirs, legal representatives or assignees, shall have no claim whatsoever to the continuance or renewal of this licence after the expiry of the period for which it is granted.It shall be entirely within the discretion of the Collector to permit or not the assignee of the licensee, in case of sale or transfer the heir or legal representatives of the licensee, in case of death, to have the benefit of the licence for the unexpired portion of the term for which it is granted. 6.This licence may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with the provisions of section 54 or 56 of the said Act.
