What this form is for
Form BR-II is a register that records the movement of beer or wine through the storage room of a brewery or manufactory, showing the opening balance, quantities received from the manufacturing room, quantities transferred to the bottling room, and the closing balance by batch, variety and strength. It is maintained by the licensee of the brewery or manufactory on a continuing basis, and is signed by the licensee and the Brewery or Manufactory Officer so that stock can be reconciled batch by batch. It is prescribed under rule 10(3) of the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966.
