What this form is for
Form BR-II is a register that records day-to-day operations in the manufacturing room of a brewery or wine manufactory. It tracks fermented material received, spirit used, beer or wine produced, quantities moved to storage or bottling, and balances remaining. It is maintained by the licensee of the brewery or manufactory, with the brewery or manufactory officer signing the entries, and the spirit columns apply only to wine manufacturers. It is prescribed under rules 9(4), (5), (6) and 10(2) of the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966.
