What this form is for
FORM C. I. W. VII is a stock and transaction register in which a country liquor wholesale and import licensee records opening stock, quantities imported from other States, quantities supplied to retail licensees, and the closing balance, with separate registers kept for 25 U.P. and 40 U.P. country liquor. It is maintained on an ongoing basis by the holder of a licence in Form C. I. W. II, who must make entries for every receipt and supply in bottles and other receptacles. The obligation arises from Condition 4 of that licence, issued under the Maharashtra Country Liquor (Import and Sale by Wholesale) Rules, 1975.
