What this form is for
Form Certificate I is an official certificate recording that a consignment of country liquor issued from a distillery has been measured, securely packed and sealed under the supervision of an excise officer. It is signed by the Inspecting or Excise Officer at the place of export, and it accompanies liquor moved under an import pass granted to the consignee. The form is prescribed by rule 15(3) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor (Import and Sale by Wholesale) Rules, 1975.
