Pass for the transport of duty paid country liquor from the licensed premises of a person holding wholesale licence to a licensed retail shop or another licenceholder.

What this form is for
Form C. I. W. III is a multi-part transport pass that authorises the movement of duty-paid country liquor from a wholesaler's licensed premises to a retail shop or another licenceholder. It is issued by the wholesale licensee, who signs it for each consignment and, for a retail shop, refers to the indent placed in Form C. L. XXI. The parts go to the transporter, the Inspector or Sub-Inspector of Prohibition and Excise at the dispatch point, and the one at the destination. The form is prescribed under rule 9 of the Maharashtra Country Liquor (Import and Sale by Wholesale) Rules, 1975, and the consignment must not be broken in transit.
