What this form is for
FORM BR-XI is a monthly return of transactions at a brewery or manufactory, recording batches made, opening and closing stock, clearances, duty paid and quantities issued under bond for beer or wine. It is filed by the licensee or an authorised agent, by the 5th of every month, and is countersigned by the Brewery/Manufactory Officer and forwarded to the Superintendent / District Prohibition and Excise Officer. It is prescribed under rule 18(4) of the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
