What this form is for
FORM BR-X is a register that records the stock and consumption of colouring and flavouring substances used in making beer or wine at a manufactory or brewery, including opening balances, receipts, issues for each variety of beer or wine, and closing balances. It is maintained by the licensee or authorised agent of the manufactory or brewery as a running account of these additives, and the officer posted at the manufactory or brewery signs the entries. The form is prescribed under rule 18(2) of the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966.
