Declaration by Importer / Manufacturer of Articles Determined Unfit for Use as Intoxicating Liquor
To be submitted to the Collector within forty-eight hours of importation or manufacture.
- Name and address of the importer / manufacturer.
- Description of the article (as determined under section 6-A of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 to be unfit for use as intoxicating liquor).
- Section 24-A category to which the article belongs.
- Quantity in possession (with unit of measure).
- Whether imported or manufactured (state which).
- Date of importation / manufacture.
- Place from which imported / place of manufacture.
- Any other particulars the Collector may require.
