Pass for Purchase and Transport in Bond of Rectified Spirit
The pass runs in three parts issued by the Distillery or Warehouse Officer per rule 5: PART I retained on the officer's record; PART II handed to the purchaser to accompany the consignment; PART III forwarded to the Officer-in-charge at the destination bonded laboratory with an impression of the drum/cask seal.

- Quantity in bulk litres.

- Number and description of casks / drums / receptacles.
- Impression / description of seal affixed to each receptacle.
- Source Distillery / Warehouse.
- Destination bonded laboratory / manufactory.
- Route of transport.
- Date and time of despatch; date by which arrival is expected at destination.
- Transport fee paid (rate + amount + chalan reference).
- Administrative fee paid (rate + amount + chalan reference).
Reverse side (filled in by the Distillery/Warehouse Officer at despatch): particulars of actual quantity and strength issued, remarks on receptacles, sealing details.
