What this form is for
Form BR-VI is a register that records the day-to-day operations of the bottling room in a brewery or wine manufactory, tracking beer or wine received in bulk, quantities bottled or filled into casks and kegs, stock sent to the finished store room, and the closing balance. It is maintained by the licensee of the brewery or manufactory, with entries checked and signed by the licensee and the supervising Brewery or Manufactory Officer. The form is prescribed under rules 10(3) and 11(8) of the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966.
