What this form is for
FORM T. R. T. D.-9 is a register in which a toddy licensee records the Nokars (servants) or agents appointed to work on his behalf. It is maintained by the licensee, who must make an entry each time a Nokarnama (authority letter) is issued to a person, along with the fee paid and the place and purpose of the appointment. It is prescribed under rule 24(1) of the Maharashtra Toddy Shops (Licensing in Tribal Areas) and Toddy Trees (Tapping in Tribal Areas) Rules, 1981.
