FORM ‘A’ (See rule 5) Form of bond to be executed by a transporter or an exporter before permission is granted to him to transport in bond to a Customs Station in the State or to export in bond to a Customs Station in any other State in India, Indian-made foreign liquor for dispatch by sea, land or air to any foreign country. And in case of my/our failure to pay the amount of the said duty within the said period of seven days.
