What this form is for
Form C is a register in the form of a chart that records, month by month, the quantity of sacramental wine manufactured and sold at a licensed manufactory, with running totals for the year measured against the maximum quantity the licence permits. It is maintained by the licensee operating the sacramental wine manufactory and is kept up to date through the April–March year, so that output can be checked against the licensed limit. It is prescribed under rule 19(2) of the Bombay Sacramental Wine (Manufacturing) Rules, 1950, made under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
