What this form is for
Form D.S.P.-4 is a four-part import pass that authorises the movement of a stated quantity of denatured spirituous preparations from a place of despatch to the importer's premises, along a specified route. It is issued by the Collector to a person, with or without a D.S.P. licence, who wishes to bring such preparations into the area. The pass is valid only for a stated period, and the whole quantity must arrive in a single consignment with its bulk unbroken in transit. The form is prescribed under rule 15 of the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, made under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
