What this form is for

Form D.S.P. - 3-C is a monthly return that reconciles the denatured spirituous preparations a licensee purchased and sold during a calendar month, showing opening and closing stock. It is filed by wholesale and retail licensees holding a licence for denatured spirituous preparations, who must account for stock received from manufacturers, wholesalers or imports and for stock sold to other licensees and other persons. Exports are relevant only to wholesale licensees, as the form notes. It is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963.
