Licence for the retail sale of denatured spirituous preparations
Licence is hereby granted, under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made
thereunder, to ....................... of ................................. (hereinafter referred to as “the lic-
ensee”)

[on payment of a fee inclusive of consideration] of Rs. ................. , authorising
him to buy, possess and sell by retail denatured spirituous preparation(s) (hereinafter
referred to as the licensed preparation (s) as this shop situated at ............................. (here-
inafter referred to as the “licensed premises”), during the period from ....................... to
................. (both days inclusive), subject to the following conditions, namely :—
CONDITIONS
1. Except with the previous permission of the Collector in writing the licensee shall
not keep in the licensed premises more than 200 litres of licensed preparation(s) at any
time. Any stock in excess of 50 litres shall be stored in premises which are sufficiently
