FORM D.S.P. - 2-C is a monthly return that records the denatured spirituous preparations a licensee purchased, imported, sold and exported during the month, along with the opening and closing balances. It is filed at the end of each month by a wholesale licensee or a retail licensee dealing in these preparations, and the import and export columns do not apply to retail licensees. It is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, which operate under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
