Register of accounts of denatured spirituous preparations purchased and sold by the wholesale licensee and retail licensee during the month
Form D.S.P. - 2-A is a monthly register in which a wholesale or retail licensee records the denatured spirituous preparations it purchases and sells, together with opening and closing balances. It is maintained by licensees dealing in these preparations, who enter purchases from licensed manufacturers or wholesalers, imports, and sales to other licensees or persons, and who note exports where applicable (the export and import columns do not apply to retail licensees). It is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, and is reproduced in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 compilation.
