Form D.S.P. 1-D is the monthly return that records the movement of denatured spirituous preparations through a manufacturing licensee's stock during a month, from opening balance to closing balance. It is filed by the holder of a D.S.P. 1 manufacturer's licence at the end of each month, reporting what was manufactured, sold to D.S.P. 2 and D.S.P. 3 licensees or other persons, exported, and used. It is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
