What this form is for
Form D.S.P. 1-E is a monthly return that records the movement of denatured spirit held by a licensee, covering the opening balance, quantities received and their source, quantities used and their purpose, and the closing balance. It is filed by the holder of a D.S.P. 1 licence at the end of each month, to account for the denatured spirit handled during that period. The form is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, and appears in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 compilation.
