Register of daily sales of denatured spirituous preparations
What this form is for
Form D.S.P. 1-C is a register in which a licensee records, day by day, the sales of a denatured spirituous preparation, noting the buyer, the quantity sold in litres or bottles, and the day's total. It is maintained by the holder of a D.S.P. licence for the named preparation and must be updated each time a sale is made, with the licensee or an authorised servant signing the entry. The form is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, and the printed form also carries a Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 page header.
