What this form is for
Form D.S.P. 1-A is a monthly register in which a denatured spirituous preparation manufacturer records the stock of each preparation made, sold, exported, used and left in hand. It is maintained by the holder of a D.S.P. 1 manufacturer's licence, who keeps a separate account for each preparation and closes it at the end of every month. The form is prescribed under the Maharashtra Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1963, and appears in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 compilation.
